Oh yikes! It's close to that near IAH - $3.09. I remember when Tommy and I were first married and he got stationed in Colorado (from Pensacola). As we were driving up there we saw gas prices around $1.25, and Tommy said, 'I don't know if we're going to be able to afford this Amy!!' lol...those were the days!

ouch! are you sure you didn't drive east to florida? those look like our gas prices here in town.
Wow! Marcus and I took a road trip when I was pregnant with Hannah in '98 and we remember getting gas for .77??? Those were the days...

HOw awful! I passed Kroger today, which is usually the best price around here and it was $2.99, I was shocked at how high that was! $3.14, oh my.
